The internationally acclaimed Orchestra of St. Lukes performs several high profile concerts throughout the year, including recitals at the Brooklyn Museum, Carnegie Hall, and the Dea Beacon. In addition, a variety of artists' residences are available along with intensive workshops for a variety of musical skill levels.
The New York Philharmonic was founded in 1842 and is America's premier orchestra. Under Music Director Lorin Maazel, the 106 virtuosos of the Philharmonic play close to 170 concerts for audiences of almost one million people every year.

The Chamber Music Society is considered the nation's best repertory chamber music ensemble and is the resident company at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Besides putting on countless shows at the Center, the Chamber Music Society also embarks on national and international tours. Concerts are given in the Alice Tully Hall.
